Common scenarios
Most businesses don’t need software.
They need someone to fix a problem.
Job & quoting system
Preparing estimates takes too long. Following up is easy to forget.
Bring job details, reusable pricing, and quote statuses into one place so the next step is clear.
Client portal
Customers keep asking for updates you already have.
Give clients a simple place to check progress, share documents, and approve the next step.
Internal tool
An important process lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
Turn the essential steps into a shared tool with clear records, responsibilities, and a reliable view of the work.
AI for your business
You think AI could help, but aren’t sure where to start.
Find useful ways to add AI to your everyday work—like reading documents, preparing replies, or finding answers—with people in control of important decisions.
Business automation
A simple task takes too many steps, reminders, and follow-ups.
Automate repetitive work like routing requests, chasing approvals, and preparing reports—so your team can focus on the decisions that need them.
Systems integration
Your systems don’t talk to each other, so your team keeps copying information.
Connect sales, operations, and finance so information entered once reaches the right tools, with checks where they’re needed.
The Process
From first conversation to working software.
A typical project:
- 01
Scope
2–4 days
We start with a conversation, then map out the solution, key screens, scope, timeline, and pricing. You know what we’re building before work begins.
- 02
Build
2–8 weeks
See a working version early and follow along as it develops. Short check-ins and your feedback keep the work focused on what your business needs.
- 03
Launch
3–5 days after build
We test the initial real workflow, work through your feedback, and make it live. You get a walkthrough, the agreed documentation, and a clear handoff.
- 04
Support
After launch: 30 days of fixes
You have 30 days of fixes after launch, with an optional care program for ongoing support and improvements. We agree on coverage before the project starts.
Pricing
Before we start.
Every project is quoted at a fixed price once we agree on the written scope. No hourly billing.
The packages below are examples to help you understand what a typical project might cost. Your project’s exact scope and price are confirmed before work begins.

You might be wondering
Do you use AI to build this?
Yes. I use AI-assisted development to help with setup, repetitive code, tests, and refactoring. That helps me spend more time on the decisions that matter to your business. I review and test the work before deployment, and remain responsible for what I deliver. You’re paying for engineering judgment and accountability.
Who owns the code?
Ownership of the custom code built for your project transfers to you on final payment, as documented in our agreement. Your business data remains yours. Third-party libraries retain their own licenses, and hosting, domains, and outside services may have ongoing costs.
What if we want another developer later?
We plan for a clear handoff, with the source code, agreed documentation, and account access. Another developer can take over without having to start from scratch.
Is it secure?
Security is part of the build: appropriate sign-in, access controls, careful handling of data, and testing. We discuss your project’s needs during scoping, including maintenance after launch.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
We’re based in Louisville, KY and available to work remotely with US clients. Calls, shared demos, and short check-ins keep us connected. We agree on communication times and availability before starting.
What if our project doesn’t fit a package?
Packages are meant to give you an idea. Schedule a call, and we’ll define the project properly—the written proposal is free either way.
Start a projectTell us the problem.
Let’s put some context around the numbers. In a 30-minute conversation, we’ll talk through the problem and give you a clearer idea of the likely cost and timeline—whether or not we end up working together.
